Andrea Chambers is the Treasurer, and Director of Finance & Operations at Black Opportunity Fund (BOF), a national charity whose mandate is to catalyze the socio-economic empowerment of Canada’s Black communities. Andrea provides strategic financial leadership and establishes best-in-class financial processes and systems to support the operalization of BOF’s transformational mandate.
Andrea has worked extensively in impactful finance, compliance, and financial reporting roles in international corporations throughout her career. In her role at BOF, she leads strategic finance, compliance and all operating activities with a laser focus on efficiently supporting BOF’s mission and setting a benchmark of operational excellence.
Andrea is committed to championing the sustainable integration of black immigrants into Canadian society.
